European Covid Culture

The spread of the Corona virus affected the creative sector extremely strongly – major cinema and TV productions were cancelled or delayed, large-scale cultural events and festivals were postponed or failed. Creators of creative content who are at the beginning of their career, not widely known or working on original (indie) projects have been the most affected by the pandemic. At the same time, to continue their existence, they all had to strengthen their online presence. This provokes the need to precisely identify their deficits in terms of digital skills and offer specific educational products to address them. Below, you will find embedded the report on the collected data from stakeholders who used the project’s SAT (self-assessment) tool. It aims to present an objective picture of the impact of Covid-19 on cultural / creative activities in partner countries, sing the skill gaps / needs perspective from the SAT results.
